顏先生2015年在九龍城開設隆灃凍肉，店舖裏其中一項最重要的用具，就是用來雪藏凍肉的凍櫃。藝術家黃鼎豐以凍櫃作為靈感，在鐵閘作品上畫上大小不一的方格，表示時間在九龍城流逝的痕跡。「凍櫃」內保存了九龍城的今昔面貌，有往日飛機掠過低矮的寨城樓房，亦有今日的寨城公園，同時記錄了不同年代在九龍城日出而作、日落而息的居民點滴，構成一幅九龍城變遷的圖畫。

Lung Fung Frozen Meat Company was founded by Mr Ngan in 2015. The shutter artwork is inspired by the shop’s most important piece of equipment – the freezer! It also shows the development of Kowloon City over the years – including iconic scenes of aeroplanes flying low over the old Kowloon Walled City and a view of Kowloon Walled City Park today – reflecting everyday aspects of the lives of local residents, past and present.
